Dell Business Outlet deal through weekend

I thought I would pass along the news that Dell has 30 percent off Outlet machines through the weekend. There are some great deals to be had if you need new workstations in the office or laptop for the road. Inventory comes and goes during these sales. But, we can help you keep an eye on it for you if you give us the word.

These are refurbished and scratch and dent machines, to be clear. Some people don’t like the idea of refurbs. But, Dell offers it’s best in the business Pro Support warranties with these. That should tell you all you need to know about these machines. If you have heard me talk about their warranties, you are probably sick of hearing about it. For those that have not, Pro Support Plus includes next day parts delivery AND installation if it breaks. 3 Year Pro support Plus is 76.00 on these Optiplex machines – 176.00 for 5 years. That is a really cheap insurance policy on this investment.

That is a really nice machine at a great price. There are plenty of 400-600 machines that would perform very well with the addition of a 75.00-100.00 dollar Solid State Hard drive. There are also upper end Precision Workstations (think CAD design power) at multiple price points if you want something really powerful (I use an outlet purchased, hot rod Precision).
